My greatest hobby is to teach and to learn from each other. I understand the word communication as " Making the other person see what you see". If you cannot make the other person see what you see, you are not a good communicator and hence not a good leader/ manager. A good tutor/ teacher should help a person to be aware of his/her own strengths and weaknesses and help build future in the area of their interest. My hobby is to discuss with students and find out more about their interest, share different cultures, learn different ways of verbal / nonverbal communication and make education fun, easy and creative to learn for life time and not just for the sake of exams.
